A viewer is someone who uses one of the apps of Fectar to view a 3D experience in Virtual or Augmented Reality. The apps are free to use. There is no limited to the number of viewers. We don't charge extra for viewers or data traffic.

No, there are no limitations! When you create a space in Fectar Studio and publish it to all supported devices, it can be viewed by an unlimited number of people.

If you want to discontinue your license for Fectar Studio, please send an email to the finance department: admin@fectar.com before the end of the license period. We will end your subscription for the coming license period. All your projects will be unpublished from that moment on. After twelve months your projects will be automatically deleted or sooner if you require so.
