A creator is someone who creates an interactive 3D experience. With a license for Fectar Studio, you get one creator seat. You can add as many creators to your license as you like on our pricing page. You can work together as a team on the same projects and share files in the file manager. This way you can also work together as a teacher and students.

A viewer is someone who uses one of the apps of Fectar to view a 3D experience in Virtual or Augmented Reality. The apps are free to use. There is no limited to the number of viewers. We don't charge extra for viewers or data traffic.

If you want to discontinue your license for Fectar Studio, please send an email to the finance department: admin@fectar.com before the end of the license period. We will end your subscription for the coming license period. All your projects will be unpublished from that moment on. After twelve months your projects will be automatically deleted or sooner if you require so.

You can add seats or upgrades at any time. Reach out to our support department here to see what works for your business or for your educational institute.

We also accept PayPal payments. Registered customers and corporate/ government/ organizational clients can arrange payments via wire transfer. To register, please contact our finance department.

The 48-Hour Free Trial allows users to assess whether Fectar Studio is suitable for their business or educational institute. To initiate the trial, simply complete the free trial form without the need for credit card information. The trial will launch within the same window, granting you access for 48 hours. During this time, you can swiftly craft Virtual and Augmented Reality experiences, exploring our offerings for your business or educational needs.

It's important to note that the free trial is not intended for projects intended for public consumption. If such projects are your aim, transitioning to a paid plan is advisable. As the trial concludes, you'll receive prompts to either make a purchase or reach out to us for further information.

The Free Trial is not intended for utilization within educational environments for classroom instruction purposes. For educators interested in integrating Fectar Studio into their teaching curriculum, we provide a dedicated classroom license option. This specialized license is designed for one teacher and can accommodate up to 24 students, ensuring seamless integration of VR and AR education tools.

Once your trial is over, all your projects will be unpublished. After twelve months your project will be deleted. We recommend that you upgrade to a paid plan before your free trial expires to ensure that this does not happen.
