We certify our partners in order to give them the chance to deep dive into the Fectar platform, and to ensure our customers that the partners they chose to work with are committed and have an understanding for how to extract value from Fectar. Fectar Partner Level Certifications
LEVEL 1
BASIC PARTNER
Criteria
- Having shown an understanding for the values of Fectar connected to a specific customer case.
- Have a certain number of employees or other workers complete relevant Fectar certification exams for target competencies
- Having demonstrated a Fectar set-up relevant to a specific customer case.
- Discussed the customer case based on a foundation of understanding of VR and AR.
- Having understood and set up a basic plan for how to support the customer in succeeding with their aims.
- Having described how to provide concrete and relevant support to Fectar users based his/her services.
LEVEL 2
SILVER PARTNER
Criteria
- Having lead a project that incorporates Fectar plattform in the work of Virtual and Augmented Reality
- Have a certain number of employees or other workers complete relevant Fectar certification exams for target competencies
- Having reflected about the work in a short case study.
LEVEL 3
GOLD PARTNER
When you work with a Gold Partner, you can be confident that you’re working with a proven expert in AR and VR technology. No company achieves Gold Partner status without substantial effort to meet Fectar’s requirements and satisfy customer needs.
Criteria
- Receive endorsements on their service delivery from a set number of customers
- Meet specific sales requirements to prove market suitability
- Have a certain number of employees or other workers complete relevant Fectar certification exams for target competencies
- Stay current with the latest solutions and consistently advance their strengths
