A creator is someone who creates an interactive 3D experience. With a license for Fectar Studio, you get one creator seat. You can add as many creators to your license as you like on our pricing page. You can work together as a team on the same projects and share files in the file manager. This way you can also work together as a teacher and students. A viewer is someone who uses one of the apps of Fectar to view a 3D experience in Virtual or Augmented Reality. The apps are free to use. There is no limited to the number of viewers. We don't charge extra for viewers or data traffic.

If you want to discontinue your license for Fectar Studio, please send an email to the finance department: admin@fectar.com before the end of the license period. We will end your subscription for the coming license period. All your projects will be unpublished from that moment on. After twelve months your projects will be automatically deleted or sooner if you require so.
