Fectar Studio 48-Hours Free Trial Terms and Conditions

This offer (the “New 48-Hours Free Trial Offer”), which is made to you by Fectar (as defined in the Fectar Terms and Conditions of Use), entitles you access to the Fectar Studio (as defined in the Fectar Terms and Conditions of Use) for a period of forty-eight (48) hours from the moment that you activate such trial period by submitting your contact details (the “Free Trial Period”). By submitting your contact details, you accept the New 48-Hours Free Trial Offer and (i) consent to us using your contact details in accordance with our Privacy Policy, (ii) acknowledge and agree to Fectar Terms and Conditions of Use, and these Fectar Studio General Free Trial Terms and Conditions. If you decide that you do not want to become a paying user of the Fectar Studio upon the lapse of the Free Trial Period, you do not have to terminate your Fectar Studio account by the end of the Free Trial Period. At that moment all your content will be unpublished. If you want to have your content removed from our servers, you can contact Helpdesk at Fectar.com. You may only use this Free Trial Offer once. In its absolute discretion, Fectar reserves the right to withdraw or modify this Free Trial Offer and/or the Fectar Studio New 48-Hours Free Trial Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and with no liability.

Trial Period

The Trial period of the Service is free of charge and limited in a timely manner. At any point of the Trial, you may contact sales@fectar.com to upgrade your Trial to a paid plan. At no point the use of the Service derives the right to get access to the source code of Fectar, Fectar Studio or any other system involved or required to provide this Service.

Description of Service

The Service includes (a) Fectar Studio, (b) Fectar App, tools and services provided through the Site and by the App made available via Fectar Studio, and (c) all software, data, text, images, sounds, video, and content made available through Fectar Studio or services (collectively referred to as the “Content”). Any new features added to or augmenting the Service are also subject to these Terms and Conditions.
